FAQ for Wholeseller /Reseller 

  1. What is the minimum order quantity?

You can buy a minimum of 1 product (But we recommend buying at least 4-5 products in each order). Shipping and taxes are all included in the prices. 

  1. What is the margin that we get?

We give a good margin of 40-60% on selling prices of all the products for resellers.for wholesalers the minimum qty is 300 pcs and we provide minimum prices for these .

There are three types of reseller accounts 

Bronze : This is for the resellers with no minimum order quantity . This is activated for resellers which are new by default .

Silver : The minimum orders per month needs to be 300+ to get these prices . The prices are approximately 5-10 lower than bronze prices. 

Gold : The minimum orders per month needs to be 1000+ to get these prices . The prices are approximately 5-10 lower than silver prices. 

There are three types of Wholesale accounts

Bronze : The minimum order quantity is (300-500) to qualify for this price.

Silver :  The minimum order quantity is (500-1000) to qualify for this price.The prices will be lower than bronze prices.

Gold : The minimum order quantity is (1000+) to qualify for this price.The prices will be lower than bronze prices.

  1. How much time does it take to dispatch the product?

Its takes 48 hours to dispatch the order after doing the Quality check. Once the products are dispatched you get WhatsApp notifications as well as sms notification on the delivery status. 

  1. I am an located outside India can I become a reseller/wholeseller ?

Yes you can become a reseller/wholeseller. The actual shipping cost will be shared as per actual once the order is packed. Once that is paid we will ship your order. You will get proper tracking details once the order is shipped. We will share the account details and separate invoice for the shipping charges. 

  1. Do I have to pay the shipping charges or any other charges mentioned on the website?

For Resellers : For domestic order the prices mentioned on the website is a door to door final prices including shipping charges and taxes. You don’t have to pay anything extra. 

For Wholesalers : For domestic order the prices mentioned on the website is inclusive of GST but the shipping charges will be as per actual .

For Exporters : For international order the shipping will be as per actual depending on the location,weight and mode of shipping.

  1. How can I get Best prices?

By default, every account is activated as bronze and upon fulfilling the criteria you will qualify for upgradation to Silver and Gold. If you are wholesaler then ordering 1000+ items in a single order will get you the best price.

  1. I am a wholesaler not a reseller how can I get the best prices?

If you are a wholesaler and your minimum order count is 300 pcs+ then you qualify for wholesale price.ordering 1000+ items in a single order will get you the best price.

 

  1. Will I get GST invoice if I have the GST number?

Yes. Mention your GST number in Billing address and the same will be displayed in your invoice. You can also claim the GST input for the same. If there is any issue in GST input then you can drop us an email on hello@pannkh.com/accounts@pannkh.com. Please note that if the gst number is not mentioned in the billing address then we will not be able to provide GST invoice as this will filed under B2C transaction.

  1. I don’t have a GST number. Can I become a wholesaler/Reseller?

Yes. GST number is optional and you can leave it blank if you don’t have that. 

  1. Can I Place the order on Cash on delivery?

No. All the orders of wholesale are strictly prepaid. You will have multiple payment options to choose from. Any order placed on COD will be cancelled and will not be processed further. 

  1. Can I return or exchange the product?

Return and exchange for wholesale orders is not available. In case the product is damaged/ incorrect to what was ordered then we will provide the exchange for the same. 

  1. I have received short quantity. What should I do ?

If you have received short quantity/wrong product/damaged product then you will have to share the video of the opening of the shipment till the end to verify the same. Please note that this is strictly required as we need to submit this proof to our courier partner. 

  1. Where are you located?

We are based out of Faridabad (Delhi NCR)

  1. If I want to see the quality of the products where can I see?

If your order quantity is 300+ then you can visit our office in Faridabad and we will show our range to you. 

  1. What is the quality material that you use?

We use all good quality material sources from top mills in India. (Liva Fabric- From Aditya Birla)

  1. Will you give invoice to our customers?

You will get an invoice over registered email and we don’t give any invoice to the customer if you want us not to give it. Although we recommend that you get the products shipped to your address and then ship it your end customers to avoid any issues. 

17.What is the procedure if i want to dropship the orders to my customer directly from pannkh’s address ?

Dropship is a procedure in which a reseller/buyer places the order on behalf of the end customer on the clients website(pannkh.com) . The client(Pannkh.com) ships the product directly to the customer .

In pannkh’s case the reseller places the orders received from his/her customers directly on the website by entering the billing address as reseller address along with GST number if its applicable and in the shipping address they will enter the end customers address where the order needs to be delivered . We will do the QC of the product and dispatch the product within 48 hours .


18.What if i want to get the orders picked up from pannkh’s warehouse ?

Yes you can do that . If you are a reseller then we will update the prices tag to ‘without shipping’ which will reduce the prices . We will create a whatsapp group where you can share the shipping label for pickup . We will dispatch the order accordingly . 

19.If my customer wants to place the order in COD then will you be able to deliver the order in COD mode ?

No we cannot accept COD orders because of the risk of non delivery which can cause losses due to forward and reverse courier charges which are not included in the prices shared by us . Also the courier company charges 30-40 rs COD collection charges which are also not included in the prices shared by us .

20.I want to sell the products on online marketplaces like flipkart,amazon,myntra etc . Can i sell it ?

No you cannot sell on the online marketplaces where we are already selling . You can sell through your own website or wholesale/retailer/reseller/offline customer etc .

21.Can i purchase the products in only certain fabric(Eg - Cotton,polyster,chambray etc)?

Yes you can put the filter on one fabric on the category page and it will filter out products as per the filter . Filter are available on size,category,colour,fabric etc . Also you can search the same in the search bar for example you can search cotton kurta in the search bar and it will display all cotton kurtas available on the website .

22.I have the Bulk requirement for order . can i get better rates ?

Yes we have special rates for wholesale orders which are above 300 pcs in one order . We can share the same if you want . Please note GST and Shipping will be extra as per actual in this case .

23.I want to list your products on my website .can I do it ?

Yes you can . We will provide you with Shopify catalog with product information and product images link . You can use this to list products on your website .

24.Can you do export of your products to my customer ?

Yes . We can do that and the shipping charge will be as per actual . We are currently having the tie-up with FedEx for delivery service which is a little expensive but the delivery is fast and good . If you have any other shipping service then we can do that also .

25.If a product is out of stock in some size or the complete products is out of stock then will it be available again ?

We do replenish styles on the basis of sales data and other data analytics . We will have to check with our merchandising team wheather this is in pipeline for production or not and will let you know the tentative date when it can be in stock .

Also the returns are processed everyday so keep looking the product in case it gets in stock via some customer return .
